1. Orders & Payment
- Orders are binding once payment is completed.
- We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or payment issues.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We are responsible for goods until delivered to the address provided.
- If the courier or postal service loses the package, we will replace or refund.
- Once marked delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.
3. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability = total purchase price of the product.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Estonian law and EU regulations apply.
