Shipping
- Domestic (Estonia) and international shipping available.
- Shipping costs and delivery times displayed at checkout.
- We are responsible until the package reaches you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If a package is lost by the courier or postal service, we will replace or refund.
- Once a package is marked as delivered, the customer assumes responsibility.
Customs & Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees.
- Customers are responsible for these charges.
- Refusal to pay customs fees → refund minus shipping and fees incurred.
Returns & Refunds
- EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase (from receiving goods).
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
