Risk of loss: We are responsible for goods until they are delivered to the address you provided. If the courier or postal service loses the package before delivery, we will replace or refund your order.
Once the order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to you. Please ensure your delivery details are correct and that someone is available to accept the package.
Delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure are not our responsibility.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

6. Returns & Refunds

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. You cover return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Digital downloads and streaming products are non-refundable once access or download has begun, in accordance with EU law.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use purchased digital content.
